The point is that DOM is part of the standards, and MS finally started paying attention to the standards in IE 5.5 I think, and especially so with IE6.  So things are much easier than they used to be.  Especially now that MS has so much competition from things like FireFox and Opera.</description>

		<description>Yeah, and now they&#039;re talking about not putting out any major releases of IE until Longhorn. Basically cutting out standalone browser downloads altogether. If you want the new browser you have to buy the new OS. Kinda dumb, with all the new kickass browsers...</description>
