OK I have my layout done for the most part. I think I’m going to redo the colors some. I just did black on white because I wasn’t really sure… but that won’t take long. Finally have everything up I want as far as content goes. Maybe I’ll start using this as more than a blog about the blog.

OK I got most of what I want to do with the blog done. It took me forever to get the calendar in the right place, because I assumed that the class “topcorner” in the CSS was the top LEFT corner, when it was actually the top RIGHT corner, so I freaked out some. but oh well, it’s there. Finally changed the slightly provocative default text that came under “listening,” “reading.” “watching,” and “blogroll.”

Not much more to be done, but it’ll probably be a lot of busy work.

One thing’s for sure, this is a learning experience.

TestDoes it work?

I found a nice style generator on the net, because I apparently suck at choosing colors that look good together. So the links on the left: Just ignore them, they were default blogs that came with the style, I’m gonna change them eventually.

But keep in mind, I’m playing with the templates and CSS right now, so it’s going to look funky until I can get it the way I want it.

Thanks to David for helping me out with getting this to its new home, so I don’t have to deal with no-ip issues anymore. Much more to come!
